Provisional bookings will be held for 7 days only.
A £40 deposit (non refundable) is required to secure your party booking, the balance to be paid on the party day.
10% discount given on guests 20 to 26.
Payment may be made by credit /debit card or cash.
We regret that we are no longer able to accept cheques.
There is a minimum party booking of 10 children (except toddler parties). A charge will be made for this number even if fewer children attend. All children attending a party will be charged for (including babies). when booking your party, please include all children attending in party number. Please notify us of final numbers at least 2 days before party day.
Additional siblings accompanying party guests will be charged our usual entrance fee.
Children must be supervised by parents/carers on site.
The recommended ratio is 1 adult per 5 children (except toddler parties).
We cannot guarantee to reserve more than 8 adult seats per party.
Only the party child's parents/carers should be in the party room during party food time. Too many adults can cause a health and safety hazard and also prevent the party assistant from serving the food efficiently.
Party guests will not be admitted until the allocated party time and are kindly requested to vacate promptly at the end of the party to allow us to service the area for the next guests. Children must not return to the play equipment after the party.
Party poppers and party string etc. may not be brought into the play centre or party rooms.
The Rules of entry and play for the Play Centre apply at all times
- All children must remove their shoes/footwear before entering the play area.
- Socks must be worn at all times.
- All jewellery, badges, buckles and other sharp objects should be removed.
- It is recommended that children keep legs, arms and torsos covered to prevent friction burns on the slides.
- No food, drinks or sweets or chewing gum are allowed on the play equipment.
- Children who are unwell, or children with injuries and limbs in plaster should not use the play equipment.
- Parents/carers are responsible for childrens behaviour at all times. Dangerous or anti-social behaviour must be stopped. Please take note of all safety notices and bring these to your childs attention i.e. Children must not climb up the slide or throw toys, balls etc. down it. The toy cars on the toddler car track must not be removed from there. We have staff who monitor the play equipment and who have access to first aid. These members of staff are not provided to supervise children.
- Height and age restrictionsand safety rules on the play equipment are in force for the safety of all children and our staff will enforce them.
- Personal items should be left with accompanying adults. We cannot accept responsibility for loss, damage or theft.
- Only food and drink purchased on the premises may be consumed here (except baby food).
